On Saturday 27th Feb Bengeo won a crucial league match 3-1 vs Cheshunt A. The pitch was awful pitch (it was touch and go whether the ref played it) but both sides tried to make do. Simon Scott opened the scoring after 20 mins with a deflected shot. Soon after Cheshunt A equalised after looping a shot over Dicky who had raced out into no-mans-land. Before half time we took the lead after a well worked move ended in Woza nudging the ball in to the net with his shoulder from close range. During the second half Bengeo came under pressure at times but defended well in the mud. Late on Woza scored another deserved goal to make it 3-1.

February 15th, 2010The First team struggled to a 1-2 win at Cottered in the Jubilee Cup. Bengeo took the lead in the 1st half with a header from Darren Summonds. The home side equalised mid way through the 2nd half after a howler from Dicky. Jamie Lancaster scored the winner in the 1st period of extra time.
The Reserves battled back from a 0-3 score line to finish 3-3 with Westmill Reserves in the league.
Bengeo Reserves lose out in Semi

Bengeo Reserves crashed out of the Reserve Cup in a semi final tie vs Buntingford Wanderers Reserves. The score was 2-2 going into extra time but a late Buntingford goal sealed victory.
