Bengeo Trinity FC was a founder member of the McMullen Hertford and District League which began in 1910. A second division began in 1922 and the Premier Division commenced in 1948.
The League Challenge Cups were first played in the 1948/49 season and the Jubilee Cup started in the 1959/60 season. The Reserve Cup was first contested during the 1971/72 season.
